Orange Blossoms Out NOW!
JJ Grey & Mofro are proud to announce the release of their fourth studio album, Orange Blossoms, which hits stores nation-wide, today, August 26, 2008. You can also order your copy of the album at the JJ Grey & MOFRO online store.
In support of the new release, the boys will head out for a West coast tour in early September, and then head back to the East Coast in October. New Summer Festivals Announced!
JJ Grey & MOFRO are excited to announce some of our Summer festival plans. In April we are performing at the McDowell Mountain Music Festival, in May we have the Joshua Tree Music Festival, Doheny Blues Festival and Mountain Jam Festival. Over fourth of July weekend we will be at ROTHBURY, a new music festival in Rothbury, MI. We hope to see you out on the road!

JJ Grey & MOFRO are going down under in March 2008 for the Byron Bay East Coast Blues & Roots Music Festival. You can catch the guys playing for three days on March 22-24. Other acts include John Fogerty, KT Tunstall, Xavier Rudd, Keb Mo and G Love & Special Sauce among others.
Country Ghetto Voted One Of The Best CDs of 2007 by WFUV
JJ Grey & MOFRO have been voted one of the 10 best CDs of 2007 by WFUV. They are in great company with Amy Winehouse, Spoon, Mavis Staples, Jose Gonzalez, Radiohead, Wilco, Neil Young, Lucinda Williams and Nick Lowe. World Cafe
At the end of the last tour we stopped off in the World Cafe Studios, played a mini set and hung out with host David Dye. This show will air November 14th 2007. National Public Radio’s World Cafe can be heard on nearly 200 stations nationwide. Y'all can find their local station by going to our website: www.worldcafe.org or you can listen online to the WXPN/Philadelphia stream Monday to Friday 2pm to 4pm Eastern Standard Time by clicking here. Alligator to Reissue Mofro’s Two Catalog Releases
Following the success of JJ Grey & Mofro’s Alligator debut Country Ghetto, Alligator Records is pleased to announce that we will be reissuing the two previous indie releases from Mofro, 2001’s Blackwater and 2004’s Lochloosa!
These two releases have been extremely difficult to get a hold of over the past couple of years (let alone keep in stock). Now with these albums being made available thru Alligator Records and distributed by Ryko Distribution, we will bring an end to that arduous search to find these gems! These will be hitting the streets on October 23, 2007.

This one-day event, presented by JJ Grey & MOFRO, is the grand opening of The Saint Augustine Amphitheatre. ON the BBC with Paul Jones

New Europe Dates Announced!!!
JJ Grey & MOFRO are crossing the Atlantic for 14 dates in Europe from May 3-18. They will be supporting good friends Los Lobos in Brussels on May 3rd, and then in the UK from May 6-11. You can also catch them doing headlining shows in Switzerland, Germany, and the Netherlands. Check out the tour page for a city near (or not so near) you!
JJ Grey and a Sex Pistol
JJ Grey was the special guest on Jonesy's Jukebox on INDIE 103-1 (one-o-three-1) in Los Angeles. Steve Jones (ex-Sex Pistol) and JJ discussed the new JJ Grey & MOFRO release, Country Ghetto, and JJ broke out his acoustic guitar as well and performed a few tunes.

Country Ghetto is steadily climbing the radio charts. This past week it came in at #10 on the Roots Music Chart, #14 on the R&R Americana Chart, #15 on the FMQB Non-Comm AAA, and #43 on the FMQB Top 200. Thanks Y'all!
